Date: 5/25/08 2:17 AM Hi all, I've been told I can make the official announcement.
Introducing Isabella at 2.41 kg (5.3 lbs) born at 7.55 am on Sat 24/5;
Isabella -
and Nicholas at 1.78 kg (3.9 lbs) at 9.02am.
Nicholas -
They were early - only 33 weeks but they were in a hurry!
Currently they are in the NICU. Isabella has had a ventilator but is moving to C-PAP (? the positive air pressure) and Nicholas has been in C-PAP and has been off it for a brief time although he'll be in and out for a bit longer probably. Judy is doing well - no sore back anymore! Hopefully she'll get to give them a cuddle tonight.

Date: 5/25/08 3:56 AM Oh congratulations Judy! They look beautiful and sound like they are doing very well for their age. Get some rest while you can!!!
 ------ My hope is to sew to the very end. They'll find my head slumped over my precious Kenmore 19606 and have to pry the seam ripper from my cold, dead hands. |
