Well first starting Friday the 12th -the 15th Bernina is having a Finance where you pay no interest for one year if it is over $1000 and no interest for 18month over $3500. I can get the 730E if I give the 440 back and buy the 730E. dilemma's dilemma's.

Why aren't you satisfied with the 440QE? Did you take the 730E for a test drive? Is there a big difference between the two?

Oh no I am very satisfied with the 440 I just have a chance to get the 730 and yes there is a huge difference the 730 is the TOL. it is a really nice machine but I really don't need it, Although when I was talking to the gal that sold me mine and also owns the shop I showed her what all I sew and she said I may get more out of the 730 then the 440

Joel, You are so fickle in a funny kind of way. I've already guessed you are going to do it, but, you will let us know right? Of course, you have time to sleep on your decision.

" So thats why I am going to get this. If they try and talk me into a higher end machine I will walk right out. "

This was spoken by FlyGuy2 on 8-26-08 about this "new" 440QEE.

Fickle is right!

hmmm Well I am going to talk to her thursday and see if she will come down 200. If she does then I will grab it. It is the floor model the unopen one in the box would give me the suitcases with it this one is $2000 more then the 440 an unopen one would be almost 3500 more.

BTW I am not sure sure I am going to get it or if I even want to. Right now as I am typing this my embroidery unit is going lickity split on the 440 and doing a fab job.

Well ... let me see! You don't have to use a computer with the 730 ... you can do more things with lettering on the 730 ... it has more editing capability on the machine itself that IMHO is easier to use. Downside: if you have not purchased the Bernina Emb software you may not have any software to use with this machine.

Disclaimer: I do work for a Bernina dealer occassionally selling machines, but I do not work for FlyGuy's dealer.
