I have a son who is nearly six feet and only weighs 130 pounds. He eats like a horse but stays thin. He needs some pants that fit. Any patterns out there that run small and would fit for dress pants?

This Jalie pattern includes waist sizes 21"-45-1/2" - 22 sizes in all. You'd probably have to make some changes - tracing the right waist/hip measurement, then lengthening it - but at least all the sizes are included for you.

KS3267 is my go to pattern for men's pants....this pattern has the best instructions for making a fly. The pants are plain front men's slacks.

I just bought this pattern after reading the reviews, but haven't looked at the instructions yet. Glad to hear you like it Kathi.

Kathi,
I agree with you! I made Kwik Sew 3267 for my son. The welt construction alone is the best I've seen.
