I'm wondering, does anyone know where I can find patterns or anything to make ragdolls?  Thanks

Hey MoMo
How big or tall are you looking for ? And are you talking about a pattern with the arms, legs and head all in 2 piece pattern ? or a pattern with the legs and arms sewn onto the body ? i've got patterns of all kinds of dolls you just have to give me more of an idea of what you want.

I've got a set of really amazing vintage Topsy Turvy dolls.

They are the ones that are one doll one way, and the dress covers up the bottom of the doll, and when you flip the doll over, the dress reverses to be a different doll.  So basically its a doll with two heads instead of a head and feet.

Make sense?

If your interested, let me know, they are beyond copyright age and can be reproduced and I could send you a copy.

Thanks, Gina and  Maria Hatfield

I'm looking for ragdolls with the whole body, head, arms and legs. My sister and I want to make ragdolls.  I guess the one's similiar or close to the raggedy ann and andy dolls.  I just want something basic to start with. Gina,  thanks I woud like a copy.

Big 4's offerings -

McCall's has Sophie along with many outfits

Vogue has a Victorian doll, these two rag beauties, a boy and a girl, another doll, another rag doll, one with an ironed on face, and this Sarah doll.

Butterick has Maggie

Simplicity has the original Raggedy Ann and Andy, though I'm having issues linking.  It's easy enough to find.

Hope one of these is what you're looking for!
