I just bought a TwinFit dress form for 60 bucks through craigslist (yay!) and I am really happy with it. It's used but in very good condition. All the dials work and the height can easily be adjusted, which is great for my 5'9".
I seems as if the back waist length can be adjusted - but how? My guess is that it's made from the inside as there's some kind of vertical grid which is rather tight (hard to explain, I should make a picture...), but I dont want to mess with it and end up breaking it.
Does anybody know how to do this?

If it's like my old one, I believe the knob at the neck releases something inside. Then you pull on the upper back portion and this releases the back waist.
