The other day I was at a magazine store and was browsing the sewing/pattern magazines. I was intrigued by a magazine called 'Idées Couture Broderie' with the subtitle 'Boutique italian style'. I decided to look inside and noticed that the super stylish pictures had italian credits, then I looked at the first page and saw that the magazine was edited in Italy and there was an email adress with 'lamiaboutique' in it. Well, this is just 'La Mia Boutique' magazine, but in the french edition! I'm so glad to discover that my magazine store carries it! I've been trying before to get a subscription for 'La Mia Boutique' but always got the answer that they couldn't have access to their distributor.

I feel very lucky, now that I know I can just reserve my issue of this hard to find magazine every month. I will post a few pictures in this thread later in the evening.

See you later!

I'm looking forward to seeing your pictures--I'll be hunting down Lia Mia Boutique, Modellina, and any other Italian pattern magazines that I can find when I head to Italy in September.

Wow, they make a French edition of La Mia Boutique? (Not that it would help me; I speak more Italian than French.)

Wow, you're going to Italy, Michelle?

OK, I'm starting with some images!

The cover of the french edition:

Inside, where you can see in the subtitle and the email adress that this is 'La Mia Boutique':

I have no idea which month this issue is, I could not find it anywhere. The garments are not very summery, so this is probably january or february. Does someone know if 'La Mia Boutique' is published monthly?

I continue with pictures of garments!

This cardigan is great. It's the same that on the cover. Note the big ribbed collar. Yay, they do it in my size too!

Some sportswear:

(I love this t-shirt with long sleeves!)

A jacket with a long sleeves blouse (bodice is made of voile, sleeves are made of knit):

Sorry the next images are blurry. I was on the manual mode with no flash.

Jacket, sweatshirt under and pants:
