What a rich article. The photos are fantastic and the information extremely valuable. I am in the midst of fine tuning my retirement wardrobe #1 (I'm sure I'll add to it as I travel) and this article helped me find a use for a too pretty dotted swiss top. I love the top but cannot find a way to wear it without looking "sweet". I'm going to pair it with some subtle striped beige wool/linen pants and a paisley scarf. ahhh, now I need shoes!

Great article! I love the 'three prints' idea, and using large, medium and small scale prints together. This works well in clothing design, interior design, etc. Great advice!

Very inspiring article! I am a big fan of Etro (Milan designer) who is famous for their mix of silk paisley prints with other, often textured, fabrics.

I had just been wondering about whether I was too "matchy, matchy", but wondering how to expand. The timing of this article was just great for me.

Ah Fun to see & recognize Twiggy in one of the illustrations to this article... I will be checking out the resource list at the end... a nice touch!

This is good for me... good to push those boundaries. I am certain many others will find this lesson useful....Many thanks!
