I have an almost brand new Kemore 19110 machine which I love. Today I changed the presser foot, for the first time, and it will not clamp on. I thought the problem might be the zipper foot, so I tried to put back the original, but it does not catch on now either.
I am hoping that this is something real simple and that as a newbie I am overlooking something.
Can anyone help?
Viv

I think it is just a matter of dropping the bar to pick up the foot in the exact right place then it should pick up. Though you do have to push the button in back to drop the foot..there is no need to push the button to pick up the foot..just lower the bar and be sure it hits the foot in the right place..and it should pick up.

Thanks for your reply. I actually removed the foot drop and realized that there was a small piece that was bent . I managed to put it back correctly and now it works again.
Whew, I feel much better. I was looking forward to making a skirt this weekend, and I was ready to tear my hair out!
