Adult jumper/romper pattern. Looking for pattern

This was in the skort thread, but i'm not sure many people will see it there. I should probably be posting this in vintage, since i'm sure someone will come up with a vintage pattern... Anyone have any ideas for an ADULT version of this childs pattern? adult skort/jumper pattern I know Simplicity has an OOP one. I think it's 9951, i'm not sure, but I didn't like the bodice. Also, if possible, I would like for the top to actually be sewn to the shorts and the skirt part. It doesn't ahve to be current. I'll look at OOP and vintage patterns too.
