Just wanted to enable...I mean...let you know that Fabric.com is running a 30% off sale on all knits. They really have some nice stuff right now. Sale ends July 27.

I ordered (and received) a really nice bamboo - not as flimsy as a lot of the bamboo out there. Reg price $6. Unfortunately I forgot to measure the yardage before I washed it so I can't determine exact shrinkage. I also got a "premium" cotton jersey that's awesome...90% cotton, 10% lycra. Great for yoga/active wear. It's a little heavier than a summer tshirt weight, IMO, and I've never found cotton/lycra with more than 7% lycra. Reg price (I think) $7.

They also have some wind-resistant wicking knit that I had to try. It even came in a few prints. Haven't received it yet, but I suspect I won't be disappointed. Great ITY prints on the sight right now, too.

I ordered my second batch of knits late last night and received shipping confirmation this morning (and, of course, it's FREE shipping since I managed to somehow spend $35, lol).

Yay, Fabric.com!!!

Thanks! I've got my eye on the Vera Wang jersey. Hope they have more colors than the last time I looked.

I'm going to order some of the wicking knit to make my DS some shirts. He loves that fabric.

I bought some of their organic cotton knit awhile back and liked it. I made the Nancy skirt out of it.

I've been really tempted to buy a ton of stuff because of the sale, but I have so many knits in my stash already and I don't even know what I would do with more. I'm trying to tell myself that I don't need to buy stuff just because it's on sale! The knit selection they have now is really nice, though. I'm interested in that french terry jersey for a comfy hoodie.

Does anyone know is it all knits 30% off or just those that appear when you click the 30% off arrow?

Oh, you go away for 4 months to have babies, and when you come out of hiding it's only to enable us?

Hey, thanks!

Heidi Ho - I believe it's all knits.

SexiSadi - zactly!!Actually, it's just that buying more fabric is as close as I've been able to come to sewing in 4 months! Sad story, really. Oh, and good luck w/ your upcoming delivery!! I hope you have an easy, complication-free L&D...keep us posted!

I just filled my cart with knits but didn't get the 30% off when I entered the coupon--more like 18%. I have emailed fabric dot com about this to ask if not all knits are on sale. Their sale announcement email said ALL their knits were on sale but their cart says otherwise. Fiddling with my cart I found that some knits don't seem to get the 30% but very similar knits in other colors do. I suspect it is an oversight on their part, but I'd like to address this before I order.

I noticed that when I used their link to the knit sale, the new Dryflex knit didn't show as one of the selections. In fact, it doesn't come up when you select Knits from the column on the left, either. That seems like an oversight, but not including it in the sale link might be a deliberate choice on their part.

Either way, it's worth pointing out to them.

I noticed that too as I fiddled around with my selections in the cart. I really wanted some of that Drylete fabric but it doesn't seem to get the discount. Maybe I will call them tomorrow if I have time. I decided to wait until the last day to order...hopefully I have time..busy day at work and getting ready for vacation.
