German Interfacing - WHERE TO FIND

Joanns has something similar, but much heavier and probably too heavy for Texas. Found one online for 36" wide. I wonder if this is more common out of the States? My husband is in Norway right now..any sources in Oslo? He needs something to do Thanks.
