Since Vintage patterns came in one size, often we are stuck with a pattern that is not our size, or even close to it.
This Threads article might be helpful, especially for those who haven't graded a pattern before. The wrong size pattern doesn't need to stop us from making a vintage garment of our dreams!

Thank you..since it just so happens I love vintage patterns but don't have the size 40 bust and 23 inch waist most of them come in..

oooo. Thanks for the link. I'm going to print that out and the basic information on how to grade. I just got a massive box of vintage patterns.
2008 - 665.09m
2009 - 751.91m
2010- 1500m+ sewn 51m
2011-?? sewn 53m
