Date: 9/2/09 3:48 PM I'm always looking for inspiration online, and I found this website for anyone who wants to learn how to drape on a dress form, or just needs a refresher course. They also have modules on making fit corrections, which is informative.

Date: 9/2/09 6:25 PM Thanks for the link. Cornell used to have a less elaborate version of this site which got taken down a few months ago. I guess because they were re-building it and making it more fabulous. I hope it stays accessible to non-students. ------

Date: 9/2/09 6:54 PM WOW!!! Thank you so much for sharing this website. I am a visual person and seeing techniques done helps me. I live in podunk south Alabama in a small town where there isn't even a movie theater. I have no hope of ever being able to take a course on draping/drafting patterns. I really love to find sites like this one you shared. |
