Would Love To Copy This Coldwater Creek Dress

It's made from ponte knit and it says it has "extended shoulders" The rest of the dress will be easy to copy once I get that shoulder/cap sleeve thing figured out. Any pattern suggestions? Some how I remember a black and white outfit on a model. If you break it down, the CC dress has raglan sleeves and the bust darts seem to be "hidden" in the contrast band (it's not straight across at the bust). A-line skirt. Isn't there a retro reprint Vogue like this?
