Date: 9/27/09 8:22 PM Anyone heard from or about Maria lately? I sent an inquiry about a pattern, no reply, and I see some posts on her site from customers who are having trouble reaching her. Just curious and concerned, since she has been quite engaged in the past.... ------ Viking Lily 545

Date: 9/29/09 8:24 AM I emailed her on Saturday (9/25) and haven't heard back yet. Previous to that, I've emailed a couple other times and its taken at least 3 or 4 days for her to get back to me.
I'm still waiting on patterns I ordered almost a month ago. ------ http://kimsewsilly.blogspot.com/ |

Date: 9/29/09 1:43 PM Here is a good site - it is in Denmark, and they have wonderful fabric and all sorts of patterns including Onion and Multisnit. They do ship abroad, and the prices seem reasonable to me. Worth a look. I haven't ordered but look at this site often, and yearn.

Date: 9/29/09 2:58 PM I have ordered from Fjolner, and their service is terrific, personable (the guy who owns the place likes to converse), and pretty darn fast. It seems a very nice business. |

Date: 9/30/09 9:57 AM I finally just saw a credit card transaction from them that posted today. I ordered on 9/2, sent them a message on 9/16, and was told that my order shipped on 9/4. She told me to wait until 9/25 to see if I got them. As I said earlier, I emailed on 9/26 and haven't gotten a response yet.
For my first order, the same thing happened. However, when she did "re-ship" them I got them in less than a week and never did see the first shipment.
I figured the first instance was because I placed an order just before they took a holiday, but now that it's happened again I don't think I'll be ordering from them anymore. It's frustrating! ------ http://kimsewsilly.blogspot.com/ |

Date: 9/30/09 3:04 PM Maria was on a trip with the school she's teaching at without any internet. I guess she forgot to put a notice up on the site.
