It's that time of the year again. Ideally we should have done it in September/Oct. but honestly I am so swamped! So November it will be.
What is PR Day? It's a one day gathering in a city of our choice. It's a day where we all get together, have a cup of coffee, do some fabric shopping, meet up for lunch and do a little show and tell.
So who's in? Post on the Poll
November 7th - New York City!

Date: 10/14/09 9:04 AM We're doing it this year? Okay...I'm planning on clearing my schedule! One day is very workable. I know my friend's husband can drive me in to NYC if I ask him, but taking a subway by myself is out of the question LOL. I'd have to take the bus back to the Poconos though. Somewhere I do have a metro card which hopefully hasn't expired.
My sister probably can't help me out because her store is working their employees to the bone in this economy.
Anybody planning on going in to NYC from the Poconos? You could probably hop a ride with me in for free, then we'd have to pay for a ticket to get home. My friend's husband only works a 1/2 day on Saturdays so driving back with him is out.

Big 4 Pattern size 12, RTW bottom: 6, RTW jacket 8, RTW top (no size fits me well!)
Measurements: 34 HB/36 FB (34C bra)/27.5/36 (and working hard to keep it that way.)
Machines: Sewing (Janome Memory Craft 3000 and Kenmore 158 Series machine), Serger (Babylock Imagine), Embroidery (Janome 300E)
If you think your sewing is better than everyone else's around here, get out of my way b****. I hate sewing snobs.

Date: 10/14/09 11:37 AM I would love to attened! I have a surprise 80th birthday party for my Dad the night before. I am not that far from the city, I would just take the train in. AND i really do need some girlie time!
