Has anyone seen anyof the Multiples patterns? I used to have a similar pattern called Peg's or Peggy's Pattern. I
wanted to use something similar for "Exercise outfits", or
lounging around the house, without as much sewing as I
normally do..Please advise. I bought the "Peg's pattern" when I went to a seminar at a Gem Fabric here in Austin, TX.
It is now closed, and I can't find this pattern on the web.
I am finding a Multiples website under Sandra Garratt Design Studio. She originally designed the Multiples as a Design school exercise.Previously there was a Multiples store here in Austin at the mall.Sandra Garratt's new website is here:
http://homepage.mac.com/sandragarrattdesign/Menu1.html

Her story is here from the NY Times:
http://www.nytimes.com/1988/10/18/style/modular-clothes-count-the-ways.html?scp=1&sq=Multiples%20clothing&st=cse

I will track any new posts..Thanks for any help!!.....

There was a Stretch & Sew pattern that looked just like Multiples and that type, but I can't find what it is right now.

Thanks to all, I have sewed Kwik Sew, and they are totally
different. These fit many sizes, and the seaming was just a
straight stitch, and zig-zag back the seams.Kinda "Universal
Pattern", as were the "Multiples Line"..I am really dating myself..Thanks, again for the effort...

I do remember a Units store at our local mall years ago..It didn't last very long..

You might try the Shapes patterns from the Sewing Workshop. Same idea but more angular than the multiples.

Looking at the Multiples website..it shouldn't be to hard to draft your own patterns and New Look 6142 looks like the peg pants. I'm sure there are others, that's what I had out at the moment.

Good luck

Jalie is the one that has all sizes and can be sewn with a reg machine. They fit great, too!
