Have you ever spent the last few days of a year looking over what you sewed for that year. This is the first year I have done this and, quite honestly, was amazed.
Here's my list:

Robe,
baby quilt with 9 blocks that had 40 to 50 pieces each,
l long pair of pants,
4 short pair of pants,
14 blouses, 1 of which was an instant wadder,
3 sets of curtains,
5 aprons,
8 placemats.

What's on you list?

I keep a running log of completed projects, but I don't have them classified by type. I tried to work through my stash in 2009 so I was on a mission - I completed 82 projects and used 213 yards of fabric compared to 57 projects using 137 yards in 2008. I would have made real progress on stash reduction if I hadn't bought so much fabric this year -- I'm ending the year right about where I started.

------
2012 : starting stash 386, net additions 206, used 164, ending stash 428...I'm never going to get in front of this pile of fabric!

Thanks for your comment, but I'm retired so I have more time to sew than many people and I really did start the year with a bang and the best intention of reducing my stash. Included in the 2009 totals are 3 home dec projects that used 39 yards so that helped alot.

I think I'm going to give away a bunch of my stash next year and I'm really not going to buy much. (I say this as I'm paving that road everyone says is made of good intentions.)

Haven't had quantity but I have had quality

1 black linen tunic (that I love)
1 "missoni" bodysuit (that I also really like)
1 "missoni" v neck (that I'm wearing a lot)
1 sleep shirt (that makes me happy but it's a little snug)
3 pair of underwear
1 pair of super hero blue yoga pants (a bit ridiculous but they wash well)
1 wool challis paisley wrap

2 wadders (one because of fabric defect, and one because of fabric color)

Things to finish....
1 pair flannel pj bottoms
1 black wool wrap tailored jacket.

Have bought far more fabric than I should have...

My list is really modest (pathetic) compared to the rest of you, but I know I'm the world's slowest seamstress. And I had one huge victory project this year that would have made sewing *nothing* else worth it.

--2 pillowcases
--1 linen shirt for DH
--1 partlet (basically a Renaissance dickey)
--1 sewn hat
--and one CORSET! Woot!! (I'd been talking about it for years and years, and finally did it this year!)
--and about 6 mockups for a gown I'm still not happy with. :/

Thank you for reminding me to take stock of what I have done this year. I often have the feeling that I don't sew much, but I have actually had a pretty busy return to sewing this year:

1 fitting shell
5 wadders
5 sweatshirts
9 pairs of jeans
6 dresses
9 jalie tees
1 blouse
3 skirts
3 casual jackets
8 scarves

and I traced and cut out a Christmas dress today.

Great thread, it really makes you stop and think about your achievements. I always feel that I am slow and have lots of episodes of non-productivity except for the stash purchases! At the end of the year I am pretty much at parity but this is what I managed to sew:-

3 tunic tops
2 pairs of shorts
1 blouse
1 t-shirt
5 dresses
1 pair of cullottes
7 pairs PJ shorts
4 skirts
4 pairs of boxer shorts
1 turtle neck
2 slopers
1 pair long pants
4 pairs 3/4 pants
2 leotards
1 cardigan
1 track suit
4 dance costumes

In addition to this I made 40 pairs of shorts for a school production and some other alterations and accessories. I ended up with one pair of shorts as a wader as they no longer fit! 71metres sewn in total. Once again thank you for the thread now I don't feel quite so bad.
