adding pictures to reviews the format asks for the picture twice

Which one ends up on the review? The first one, I put in the url of my PR membership photo storage. Then I indicated which photo to link in the next blank. The second place in the format browsed to my computer to get the photo. Why a second photo? They are alike, except the one in my computer has not been downsized.

Can I change the thumbnail I have already sent in? If so, how?

It won't resize any other review photos automatically. However, it is a good idea to make your thumbnail a square (of any dimensions). 2) Yes, you can change your thumbnail.
