Hello,

I recently bought a kenmore embroidery machine (Floor model) and am testing it out before the 30 days warranty wears off.
I tried to wind a bobbin, the bobbin unit didn't wind, and the screen is stuck on "bobbin winding"! - I cannot move off this screen. Please help.

Thanks,
Jade.

I forgot to mention that I am NEW to computerize sewing machine. The manual didn't say anything about getting unstuck from any screen.

Try unplugging and plugging it back in.

Try pushing the rod that holds the bobbin back to the left (if it is one that moves left/right to wind the bobbin).

If none of the above suggestions work, try pushing the 'start' button you push to begin a design stitchout. On my Deco 340, that's what I need to do, so maybe it will work for you.
