I recently made a short version of the cardigan jacket McCalls 3931. I fitted the muslin and it feels good and fits me well. When I made my actual version of this jacket and lined it, when I put it on it fitted fantastically but after wearing it for about a hour.
Any ideas as to what I need to do to get the facing to sit properly? I've looked all over the net and in my sewing books to no avail.
I'd really appreciate the help, thanks Carol.

but after wearing it for about a TNT.

Feeling dim here ... I don't understand what that means.

I'm going to ask the obvious question: did you understitch the facing?

Now perhaps the less obvious question: is this a fitting concern or a sewing concern? If a sewing concern, I can move the topic to Sewing Techniques for you and maybe you'll get some good responses.

JEF

Sorry about that I meant after wearing it for about an hour and I would like it to be a TNT pattern.
Yes, I did understitch the front facing. The issue is that I don't know if it is a fitting issue or construction issue, it might be a goo idea to move this post I think. Thanks JEF.
