After a web search, I found Crybabys Boutique. http://www.crybabysboutique.com/
Fabrics are cute and prices very reasonable. Has anyone ever done business with them? I am desperate for nice knit prints for tops.

Check out Chez Ami for some nice knits. They make children's clothing and sell the fabric too.

I have several years ago, but then I read some things about her not shipping promptly (ie like weeks without any contact to the customer) so I haven't ever been back. Maybe things are better now - hopefully someone else will chime in. I will second the Chez Ami vote and also The Fabric Fairy.

Thanks. Chez Ami seems to be all kids' stuff. Fabric Fairy (?) has a few nice ones. I really want small patterns on darker backgrounds...I'm big on top and too old for a humungous print, yet don't want something too old-ladyish....or expensive!

I've heard that, too. Before I knew about the "issues" I tried to place an order on a forum she listed at and never got a response. Shortly afterwards another round of problems were reported, so I counted my blessings.

It was also a couple years ago. Hopefully the service has improved. She did have some cute things and potential for a great store.

I've heard on various forums that they lack customer service; are slow to ship and send refunds.

Yes, I have heard this too, and recently.

I have bought from them on e-bay and don't remember any problems. I bought quite a few pieces of children's knits and the quality was quite good.

I second fabricfairy.com. They have fabrics by David & Goliath, which are hilarious!
