Embroidered insert needed for too low neckline

I've made a v-neck simple T-shirt from a very frequently used pattern, but this time the neck is way too revealing Maybe if I was twenty years younger it wouldn't be too bad, but honestly, it makes me feel uncomfortable. Does anyone know of a site that has embroidered inserts that could make my top more decent? I really don't want to go in competition with Dolly Parton. Thanks Janine ------ Janine (in Sydney)

I like what I've ordered from sewsassy.com (NAYY). You could do an edge-border, like a cute cami top, or even just use a plain white jersey?
