Date: 8/18/10 1:49 PM Been waiting for this. Good find. As always - the beautifully styled photos of *regular* women make my day and the fabrics are fun. But SRLSLY - again with the double breasted style? When will the pattern magazines learn that this is not flattering. And: How to go about changing/redrafting it into a single breasted style? |

Date: 8/18/10 2:49 PM I know what you mean about the double breasted coats! I do notice that they do seem to favor this over a single breasted style with a lapel, which, for me at least, is more flattering.

Date: 8/18/10 3:37 PM I'm not floored by the garments in the photos (although yes it's lovely to see 'regular' women as models) but the text description of all the items sounds intriguing. Time to stalk the mail... ------ I've moved! Visit my new sewing blog at http://chiralcraft.wordpress.com

Date: 8/18/10 10:26 PM I like the rose top. At first I thought "the old tee again?!" but it is not - there seems to be a yoke round the neck opening. I would not want the knarly deco stuff, but I like those lines. I would like the skirt too and that jacket is lovely though not for me. I am looking forward to this issue! ------ "Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible."

Date: 8/18/10 10:48 PM I've been looking for this, but not today! Soooo excited. Thanks for the link! I like double breasted, but I'm tall with no chest. I read you shouldn't wear the style after age 40, so I have 2 more yrs! ------ Pfaff 138-6

Date: 8/18/10 11:21 PM I've been trolling their blog too, as I've been expecting it. I see it's coming out on the 27th. I wonder how long it will take to get to Australia? ------ Michelle, Barossa Valley, South Australia
Too impatient to finish projects properly (ie have a nice neat inner), so excited when I have a project finished... too lazy to take photos so I can post reviews.
