Date: 8/26/10 5:15 PM Have you ever owned or read a Japanese garment pattern book or magazine such as Ms Stylebook or Lady Boutique? I am doing an academic study on adult learning and would like to interview you. The interview would take place over over Skype or the phone and would last about an hour. I want to hear how you heard about it, why you were interested in the magazine in the first place, and what you thought – good or bad. You don’t need to have made a garment from it. All interviews will be anonymous. Please email me at julialangel@cox.net by Sept 1. Thanks!

Date: 8/30/10 7:56 PM Julia doesn't need me to say this, but I will anyway:
She's AWESOME!!! It was lots of fun to talk to her!! Her questions, while insightful, weren't difficult at all. Just really, really, pleasant.
She's like talking to an old, dear friend!!
So, if anyone out there is hesitant to talk to her for her study ... don't be!!! You will totally love the experience!! :)
