Yippee! My September BS magazine was in my mailbox this morning! I was looking at the instructions for the cover dress (#122) and it suggests "Jersey, of wood or wool blends. Use stretch jersey only." Do they mean rayon or wool blends? The similar skirt (#116) suggests skirt fabrics made of wool or blends.

I can't wait for the October issue with a designer pattern by Karl Lagerfeld. If they are going to reinstate their designer patterns, I can't let my subscription lapse despite their poor quality, snarky English translators, complicated road map tracing pages, and crappy, user unfriendly English language website.

I couldn't believe I got September yesterday. Very nice pants style in a tall no less!!! Yippee..I was losing faith in Burda but they have somewhat redeemed themselves.

I can't wait to make the cover dress. I'm bummed that it's petite sized though. Adding three inches evenly so the proportion of those bands doesn't get messed up is going to be a pain.

Got mine, but at first glance it doesn't really thrill me.

I think this is the first issue that I haven't wanted to make a single thing. Most of the clothes look large and shapeless with the exception of the cover dress. They are even unflattering to the models. I hope the next one is better.

Hmmm, the cover dress is nice, or maybe just the skirt portion. And the wrap top looks very wearable. The folklore section is really bad. Several of the designs look fine in the line drawings, but they've mixed so many prints and garments in the photos!?!
