Wide back adjustment with raglan sleeves Wide back adjustment

Everything looks great...until I try to reach my arms in front of me. This is an indicator of needing a wide back adjustment yes? If that's so, how do I do that with a raglan sleeve?

The cut starts above the notches. The excess is eased into the sleeve. Hope this helps. ------ Elaine

Thank you so much. I was thinking of adding darts in the back anyway, and this alteration will accommodate that as well. Muslin #3 here I come (thank goodness it's only 4 pieces).
