Date: 12/7/10 0:21 AM I haven't been able to access Stacy Sews for over a month. At first, I thought maybe she was having technical issues. Then I started to worry that something bad might have happened. Does anyone know? I really miss her blog.

If you want to mention what operating system (Mac or PC ... or even the elusive and rare LINUX) and what browser (Safari, FireFox, IE, etc) and what anti-virus app (Norton, Symantec ~ owned by Norton, but handled differently ~ McAfee, etc), we'll likely be able to help you!!

Date: 12/7/10 12:23 PM Thank you! I'm glad to know that it's just me. I'm on a PC and I've tried Firefox and IE (not sure which version). And it looks like I have Avast.
My DH is the IT person around here. I will ask him about this tonight. He is always tweaking and trying new computer things so it must be a setting. Thankfully, he is very good at computers.
I also wondered if it could be my ISP? Does anyone have Frontier and can you load the page? The really odd thing is that this is the only site that I can't get to load.

Date: 12/7/10 1:21 PM My daughter has Avast and it happens to her ALL the time. Usually, it's sites like Yahoo Answers (and sometimes "Groups") that gets blocked.
Do you get an error message? A blank page? Knowing that might help, too.
Which operating system are you using? Windows 98, XP, Vista, 7? 7 (which is what I'm using) runs wonky like that, too, sometimes. In my case, it's usually a privacy setting. ------

Date: 12/7/10 2:16 PM is there anything new on that site? according to the wayback machine, the site's last update was in June 2008!! (which doesn't mean a whole lot)
but the WhoIs database sez it's in good standing until 2013...
