Is FabricDirect running slow lately? I placed an order about three weeks ago...no special order or backorder items. Their site says regular orders usually ship in 24-48 hours and arrive 1-7 days after that. Even allowing generously for weekends and holidays, I'd have expected it to be in a week to a week and a half ago. What really bothers me is that I e-mailed them at firstname.lastname@example.org two days ago to find out what was going on and haven't heard a peep from them.
How worried should I be? Is there anything else I can do to follow up?

Any order that is taking so long could of been lost or misplaced.
they will take call between 9 am to 5:30 eastern time.
Tell them your order no and they could tell you what happened.
Also check your credit card to see if its been charge. Check the date on the statement on the day the charge was made.
