Has anyone got any response from them in the last 10 days or so?

I've sent them 3 emails in the last 8 days because only half of my order was shipped. I haven't got a response. I want to make sure the whole place isn't on vacation before I go ahead and file a dispute with my credit card company.

I would be concerned already too Sexi.. I have not done business with them ever.. so don't know if this is normal for them or not.. but I would send them an email .. letting them know if you do not hear from them within 24 hours. you are filing a dispute.. And then do so..

I ordered 2 patterns before Christmas. They took almost a month to arrive. It was the first - and last - time I'll shop there. My inquiries also went unanswered for days, except for auto responses and one very vague reply the day before the order arrived. I ended up buying one of the patterns somewhere else because I really needed it.

I've read from others who have had good service. Too bad we are not them. Good luck!

I bought a downloadable pattern from them before Christmas (that I needed for Christmas) and it took so long to be sent to me via email that I had to go out and buy it. They promised a refund but I didn't get it. It wasn't much money so I put it down to experience and voted with my feet, as they say.

I've ordered from them a couple of times--not really recently, maybe a couple of months ago the last time--and found their service rapid and satisfactory both times.

Have you tried phoning them, if that's an option? People can't resist the telephone; they'll usually drop anything to answer it.

I've always had good service from them, but admittedly, I have not ordered from them in the past 12 months or so. I would certainly make a phone call and then file. This is unacceptable service, given the fact that there are several other pattern companies out there, both the pixel and the brick-and-mortar type.

Good luck and keep us posted!

I bought some patterns from their Simplicity sale in the weekend and contacted them when I didn't receive a copy of the receipt by email and couldn't access it online. They replied to me in just a couple of hours :o)

I have ordered from them several times now and the problems I have had have always been sorted quickly. Once I received an incorrect pattern in my order and they replaced it and told me to keep the extra one and the last order I received they had actually sent me two orders - mine and someone elses. When I emailed them to tell them of their mistake they again told me to just keep the patterns and they would send replacement ones out to the correct customer.

I hope you get some satisfactory answers soon :o)

I guess all you have to do is complain in a public forum a little bit because I got a response not long after.

I frequently use their downloadable patterns. I have always got the email within minutes.

Even when ordering paper patterns, they arrived in the UK within a couple of weeks.

I ordered from them once about a year and a half ago. I was coming to the US for my annual visit, and ordered the patterns to be sent to my mother's place before I arrived. When I got there, no patterns.

I emailed and called repeatedly and did not get a response until after I had returned to Australia. They went ahead sent the patterns despite my asking them to redirect them to me in Australia and recalculate the postage, so then my mother had to spend the extra postage to forward them to me.

Never again. There doesn't seem to be any middle ground with these folks. They either serve you perfectly or intolerably poorly. Very strange.
