PR Weekend Chicago - Coordination of Transportation to Workshop Optional - For those interested in sharing taxis or public transportation from airports, train stations, etc.
Bonnie O   Intermediate OH USA Member since 4/28/07 Posts: 536 Contest Committee PR Weekend Coordinator	Login to reply to this post Like this post Date: 2/20/11 10:42 AM With Tina's permission, I have created a spreadsheet that will reflect attendee's travel details (arrival / departure destinations and times) for the purpose of coordinating transportation to / from the University Center, train station, etc. I will not be personally coordinating transportation for attendees; I am simply providing the information for attendees to connect with others in one place so people don't have to wade back through old postings to find similar times. This is completely optional for those attendees who are interested in finding others to share a cab, negotiate public transportation, etc. Or feel free to use it to identify who will arrive early enough on Thursday to get together for dinner or drinks. If you are interested in posting your information to the spreadsheet, please send me your email address (via PR private message) so I can grant you access to view and edit the spreadsheet. Please note this spreadsheet will only be accessible to those people that send me their email and ask to be added to the list; it will NOT be viewable to the public. Specifically, the spreadsheet will include the following information: Attendee Name Attendee PR ID Email Address Arrival / Departure Details (location, date, time) Optional Additional Information (e.g. flight numbers or anything else an attendee might want to share) I will also post this message in a separate thread.
