Looking for a "sailor dress" pattern. Help? something similar to 1970's Simplicity 9982

I hope this is the right place for this question. :) I'm searching for a dress pattern and hoping someone can nudge me in the right direction. I don't think I'm experienced enough to alter patterns drastically.. otherwise I would purchase this pattern (vintage Simplicity 9982 sailor dress). There's no way it would fit me and I can't find it anywhere else online. I love the "sailor" look... the collar and ties around the neck, and the navy blue with white trim. I'm thinking of making something like this for Spring or Summer. Has anyone found a pattern similar to this before? Thanks so much in advance for ANY help!

I've bought in the past from both so can recommend them. LL has a really good search engine so you can search by "sailor dress" on the upper right or by era in the drop-down menus on the left. Great customer service. IIRC, they also have a 25% off sale right now and free shipping on 3 or more patterns so...*eeevil enabler smile* I'm less familiar wiht RZ but they do have good customer service as well. The prices IIRC are a bit higher than LL, though. And I LOVE sailor dresses too! The filter at work is blocking all these sites (though, strangely not PR, knock on wood!) so I can't check for you.
