I know some one who crochets around the edges of a smallish fleece piece to create blankets for Project Linus (?)

I cleared out one whole tub of polar fleece! That way, I was able to stick the bag of froggy polar fleece I can't seem to part with IN THE EMPTY TUB.
So technically I DID clear some space in the sewing lair.
And hopefully today I can get my son to drop off the blankets at the shelter. I a afraid to go back there cuz I will come home with at least one dog!we have 3 already...-oh to have a bigger yard...

I have a family member that works at a Humane Society here in South Carolina. She tells me that they are always happy to receive warm blankets for the animals, as well as other donations! What a great idea!!!
