Hi All

I hope everyone has recovered from our fabulous weekend in Brussels.

Up to 3 days of sunshine and fabric - what more could we have asked for? (Wine, chocolate, nibbles - all in plentiful supply)

I'm sure those who went to Antwerp had a brilliant time and came home with fewer euros and heavy bags.

I left my camera at Sheila's, so I haven't sorted that out yet. I will get to grips with Flikr and set up a group like we did on return from Paris, so everyone can upload their photos.

I look forward to seeing what people bought, I seemed to have missed the show and tell.

Who will be the first to make an item?

Keep in touch.

Clare

Clare, I was thinking about the pictures as well, would like to see those that others made. I made the mistake of leaving my camera in the hotel at Saturday, thinking I could do with some phone-pictures. Unfortunately a lot of those are not sharp.
So yes, please do start a Flickr-group so that we can share the pictures we have.

And let me be the first to show my fabric here (nothing made yet):
.
Mostly basic and blue. But I'm very happy with them.

Still looking back on the weekend with a smile, it was sooo nice.

Maybe we could just post them here? Although a flikr group would be better. I've got a few nice ones to post ;)

I am so looking forward to see the photos!

I did not get much fabric at Antwerp. Only these two wonderful cotton cuts, with wich I intend to sew summer dresses (I am thinking Collette Patterns :tounge:).
I also got some very good quality strong interface for bags. These are the first two bags.

Hello everyone, I didn't have a camera with me either, but just got my fabric washed and will try to at least get photos of that soon. Joana, the bags look great! Glad you found some good stiff interfacing as well as nice fabric. Sigrid, I really like your group of coordinating fabrics (some of my favorite colors!)

Wow, joanico, those bags are great!

Some nice fabric you folks found at your gathering.

With a great wardrobe that's still in the flat-fabric stage.
