Seam allowances in European patterns?

Just wondering if anyone would know if STIL patterns are like the old BURDA patterns where seam allowances were not included.
I have a pattern entirely in ... Swedish? and cannot discern whether seam allowances are included.

Hello!
As far as I can remember, STIL- patterns do not have seam allowances in a pattern even when the pattern is just for one size as they were in the sixties, when I used (and still have some...) STIL-patterns.

My old STIL-patterns have no seam allowances included - I checked. "Normal" Burda - patterns don't have them either when bought here - exept the special beginner patterns.

Just in case anyone reading this doesn't know -- Burda envelope patterns made for the English-speaking market (UK, Australia, Canada, US, etc.) DO have the seam allowances included. In other world markets (continental Europe, etc.), they don't... or so I'm told. Not that I've checked this out personally by travelling all over the world and buying Burda patterns. I will gladly volunteer to do so, though, lol.

Thanks for the information! Maybe one should order patterns from UK!?
Burda patterns +languages:
Burda-patterns sold in Scandinavia today have instructions in German, French, Nederlands, Italian, Spanish,Swedish, Danish and Russian, so they do cover the rest of Europe! No Finnish though - so one has to pick the language(s) one best understands with the special sewing vocabulary...
Probably the ones sold in Germany, the Nederlands and France include only the three languages?
And these patterns don't include SA:s, 1,5 cm is recommended.

Thanks so much for the reply. I suspected as much, but couldn't be certain. The entire pattern is in a foreign language ... no English at all. Foolishly I bought the pattern only because it LOOKED appealing, but it's 2 sizes bigger than what I normally buy. May just end up hanging it on the wall to look at ;)
