Does anyone know of a source for pre-consumer recycled cotton knit fabric? I bought a variety of this fabric during the fabric close-out at Lucy's Fabrics, and would love to have more. I haven't had much luck with my internet search. (Maybe there is another term for this fabric?) It is made from the cutting scraps of t-shirts and other garments at factories. It has kind of a heathered look from the different colors being combined, and gets softer and softer with each wash.

NearSea Naturals specializes in sustainable fabrics, and I think they've had something along those lines before. Don't know if they have it now, but you could check with them if you don't see it on the website. NAYY.
