I just finished V8724 which is a new release and, even though the pattern envelope states "finished measurements on pattern tissue", the only measurements I found were for the hem width. No bust points either.
I just had the same thing happen on a recent Vogue release--pattern packet says finished measurements are on the pattern tissue....only finished measurement was the hem........no bust point either. You would think this information would not be too difficult to add to the pattern!

That's incredibly annoying. The only measurements I take seriously are those printed on the pattern - the ones on the envelope seem pulled out of thin air!
when I first started sewing I was driven to tears by the fact that my clothes never fit. Part of it was the lack of experience and knowledge, but a big part was assuming that if a pattern said it fit a 34" bust it would fit a 34" bust! It took a lot of tears to realize the insane excess ease that is built into a lot of these designs.

I am usually right on the size divide between the two pattern ranges. This is really annoying for me because I rely on the finished pattern measurements and ease to determine which range to buy.
I did get a Simplicity pattern recently that actually had the bust/waist/hip measurements right on the envelope- haven't seen that in a while. I didn't have to unfold the pattern in the store and catch heck from the store clerks!
