HP Deco Vibe Neat and Sweet Blouse Collar options - drafting a banded collar

There's a review of Heatherrique's version here: Review I'd like to get rid of the tie but have never drafted my own collar before. I think I just want a simple banded collar, like on View D and E of this top. View D and E How would I go about doing this?

I'm sure there's lots of others out there, too. here is a tutorial for altering an existing collar to fit your pattern. Again just ignore the fold-over part and use only the stand part of the collar. Hope those help! :)

I actually ended up stealing the collar off of some other pattern and just kind of winged it. It turned out great. Hopefully I'll have a review posted later today. I need to get some pictures taken first.
