I am trying to find a little girls dress pattern. My mom made me a dress when I was little (in the early 80s) that was pinafore style and had a teddy bear on the front. The teddy bear was actually stuffed and made to look like a real toy. I would love to make this dress for a friend's little girl. My mom thinks it was McCall's, but she's not sure and she doesn't have the pattern any longer. Does anyone else remember this one?
