I am attempting to use my Groupon that I bought for use online at mood fabrics. I am trying to enter my number at checkout and it is not accepting it. What is going on? Can someone tell me where to look for the #? I am entering the one at the top right hand corner of the printout.

If you go into your GroupOn account, in the top right should be your name. If you hover over that, it brings out a drop down menu where you can select "My GroupOn". Click on that to bring you to a page where it summarizes all the GroupOns you have purchased, including the coupon code for you to enter at checkout on Mood's site. HTH

I did that and Mood Fabrics is not accepting that number. I followed all the rules. This coupon is valid for clearance and shipping. My total order comes out to $31.99, so I should only have to pay $1.99. Do you think if I call Mood Fabrics that they can help me? Or should I contact Groupon?

I'd definitely give Mood a call first. GroupOn will only refund your money completely, which won't help with getting your fabric purchased. Please let me know what you find out.

As I recall (didn't buy it), the Groupon did not become immediately valid but took a couple days before it could be used. I don't remember what date it became valid, though. Could that be an issue?

Today is the first day it can be used, so there may be a "rush"
of orders on the website. (Looks like over 400 sold including myself) . I'd try again later in the day.

The Groupon says that it is available from midnight on August 23, so it should be available now. They better be happy I did not get up at midnight to use it like I had planned. THanks for listening. I will let everyone know what I find out. I am about to call mood fabrics.

Have you tried to use yours? Did it work? I just called Mood Fabrics and they person I spoke with told me to try again tomorrow. She told me to enter it in the gift card box. She said the coupon is not usually available until the day after. I was a little miffed and told her that if it was not going to be available until the day after, that it should not say it is available today She very nicely responded that she had nothing to do with that. All I can say is that I will try again tomorrow, and if it doesn't work, I will demand that Groupon refund my money and then I am though with them. Things should not be this difficult.

I THINK I may have figured out what is going on. The coupon says: Redeemable after August 23, 2011 at 12AM. I interpret that as the midnight that just passed, but I think I may be wrongIt could be the midnight that is coming up tonight. Oh, am I going to have pie on my face if that is true? But I also will be relieved. Thanks to all of you who responded and listened to my rants.

Well, I was finally able to use my coupon later in the morning yesterday. I must say that Groupon has fantastic customer service. The person I talked with said that Mood had just not gotten the code uploaded yet and sent me some contact information in case I had further trouble. I was very impressed with Groupon customer service.
