Cheapest store for New Look? where to go?

I am having trouble remembering where I can get the best price- Joanns, Hancock, Hobby Lobby? My Walmart only had limited selection, though I might look there too. That's were they are the cheapest around here. They won't let you use coupons on them at Hancocks and Joann's. Not sure about Hobby Lobby. Since Wal-mart has re-introduced their fabric departments, I have noticed that the NL selection is smaller.
