Date: 11/9/11 8:39 PM Since I couldn't figure out how to get a picture from my facebook page, I was stuck with the few that I have archived in my computer. So mine is a dress my partner and I made for a client. I did all the layout and cutting, I made the top, and my partner made the skirt. Trust me, it is much lovelier to look at than I am. ------ Svetlana |

I have a photo of me and a horse, and I could post the one of a cartoon, such as my Bad Hair Day.------ "We don't impose our rhythm on Nature. The key is to respect and live within Her." Date: 11/9/11 9:25 PM Oops. I just went the other way. My old avatar showed my face, but people kept asking about the rabbit on my shoulder. It was a photo of me back when I was performing magic shows at kids' birthday parties. I decided that it didn't express my sewing interest (although I did sew the colorful vest I was wearing in it).
I bought a Rocketeer several months ago, so I photoshopped a picture of Rocketman from the '50s movie serial "King of the Rocketmen" with a Rocketeer on his back instead of the rocket pack and uploaded it.
You can barely see it in the avatar, here's the full size version.

On the other hand, I use my real name as my ID on every forum I'm on.

Date: 11/9/11 10:04 PM The idea is to post your picture as an avatar for the latest give away (it's in the newsletter). Luckily I don't care a whit for the latest giveaway so it saves the work of redoing the avatar. ------ "Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible."
