Saw a couple reviews on here, but this turned out weird when I tried in a muslin. I picked it up for quick? success for my learning DIL--she likes this style for summer or tops with leggings. The LTS have more instructions than others.
But the underarm allowance was really tight and cuts into the arm
wrong. Anyone else? |

Date: 12/20/11 6:03 PM Which view did you make? Did you completely finish the muslin? I ask because I muslined a Simplicity dress about a year ago just to check the fit across the bust. I made a sleeveless dress and didn't bother to finish the armscye since it was just the muslin. It cut into my underarm and I stressed about it for a while until I figured out what was going on. On the actual dress, when I finished the armscye it fit fine.
I really don't know much about fit in general so I'm just speaking from my own past experience! ------ seashellsew.wordpress.com |
