Butterick 5281 Problems

I have triple checked my instructions; there is no back bodice lining pattern included & it seems like some of the steps between attaching the front bodice lining & back bodice lining are missing. This is weird as it is not an actual separate page of instructions that's missing, but just as if a few have been deleted from the middle of the page (even though the numbers are all in numerical order).
