Date: 3/13/12 1:56 PM I just found out that Kwik Sew is on sale today at Hancock fabrics. I love Kwik Sew's instructions, but their patterns are expensive. Does anyone have a favorite Kwik Sew they can recommend? |

Date: 3/13/12 2:14 PM I really liked 2467 (slips). Pretty quick, not too difficult (even though I hadn't used a lace edging like that before), very few pieces to cut out and very functional.
I made it for my mother and it fit her very well (she is an apple shape) and I dont think anyone would have too horrendous a fitting experience as it has an elasticated waist.

Date: 3/13/12 3:30 PM Click on the "shop patterns & more" button above, click on Kwik Sew, then go thru some of the pattern catagories that interest you. Next to each thumbnail is the number of reviews for that pattern here on PR. Go to that pattern's page and you will find links to all the reviews!

Date: 3/13/12 3:35 PM I've made Kwik Sew 3658 five times, so I think you could say it's one of my favorites, though I did modify the pattern a little.
If you go to the advanced search page and choose Kwik Sew from the drop down menu at the top (leave the rest of the fields blank), you get a list in order of number of reviews here on PR. You can quickly get an idea of which patterns have been reviewed the most, though you'll have to check the reviews themselves to find out if they're positive. I've found generally that the most reviewed patterns are likely to have positive reviews overall.
