I don't knit but have a small project Can anyone help?

I have a small doll sized sweater pattern that I need knitted. If you recall the old show Starsky & Hutch, it's a doll sized version of the famous Starsky sweater. I have a set of the collectible dolls and found a pattern from the uk and would love to find someone to knit it for me. The pattern is in pdf form.
