Are Missoni knits easy or at least relatively easy to sew? How is the stretch?

I sewed a cardigan recently with wool blend Missoni from EOS but not all of them are the same. This one is soft and spongy with nice stretch and recovery in both directions but not like if it had lycra. You can have either direction running around the body, at least in my piece. I didn't use the selvedge for a finished edge, but you can. Only one of the edges was actually worth using and it is gorgeous. I trimmed it out with a wool knit in black to emulate some of the winter cardigans they were showing.
It was not difficult to sew, but I would be very careeful of stretching if you hem the fabric instead of using a trim band as I did.

have bought Missoni from EOS (Emmaonesock). Actually all my Missoni have bought from EOS. B/c she sends out samples.
Have made two skirts. Simple pencial like skirts.
i.e. serge a length. Then roll over top part and encase elastic. Bottom was self selvage.
Done on serger, super easy.
