I want to sew a dress for myself like Beulah wears!

I want to sew a dress for myself that looks like the everyday dresses Beulah wears in the Old Yellow Boots episode of Gunsmoke. They have a shirt collar, button front, lightly gathered long sleeves, and a V-waistline with a full gathered long skirt.
You can see what I mean at 6:00 into the video on YouTube.

I wear approximately medium or size 10/12 RTW and am tall and kinda skinny. I sew often for myself. I would say I am at an advanced beginner to intermediate level of sewing. However, I am not advanced enough to draft my own patterns. I have looked online and can't find anything with all or most of these features. Would it be best to combine a fitted princess seam blouse/shirt pattern with a V-waisted full skirt dress pattern, or where can I find a pattern like the dress? Thanks for any advice! (I am having trouble getting the link to the images to work--sorry)

I went to your Youtube site and remembered a pattern I had seen: King's daughters.

The collar, princess seams, and sleeve heads (not the cuff portions) of Simplicity 2207 are pretty close to what the actress was wearing in that scene.

The russet pioneer dress, view A, in Simplicity 3723 is a dress with the V waist and full skirt. The bodice does not have princess seams, but the general shape is right. It would be pretty easy to make the sleeves fuller and alter the collar.

Sometimes you can find nice OOP patterns like this on etsy or ebay.

Simplicity seems to have the best costume selection around, though I haven't checked out Burda yet. Theirs can be pretty good, too.

Take a look at the patterns from Buckaroo Bobbins and Truly Victorian, or Laughing Moon. Since your pictures are not showing up I'm not sure what you are looking for, but all of those suppliers have drafted patterns that are reproductions of Victorian and early western clothing. Most of what you find from the major suppliers will be costumes not reproductions.

If you have never done reproductions sewing, make sure that you read the directions and mark pieces carefully. There are a lot more individual pieces and it's easy to get confused.
