Subject: What fabric should I use? Date: 4/13/12 3:28 PM My nephew is getting married outdoors in August in Upper Lake, CA. I'm picturing palazzo pants and a top made of a very sheer fabric in which I can feel cool, altho as covered up as possible! Any suggestions?
Thanks! -- Edited on 4/13/12 3:31 PM -- |

Date: 4/13/12 4:47 PM Sandwashed silk would be beautiful. You might need a lining on the pants, though. |

Date: 4/15/12 10:33 PM If you can find space in the budget to get silk, go for it! I'm buying for a my only son's wedding here in Australia later this year.(It's happening up in Queensland where it gets super humid and I detest that weather!) I'm buying from a NY business at half the cost of here (after getting dozens of swatches from everywhere I could think of). Even with postage, my silk charmeuse sheath with silk chiffon overlays, will still cost less to buy than here. The best of luck to you. ------
