Help! Pattern Maker Unknown - Mail Order Pattern from 1940... Pattern

The only problem is, the mail order pattern maker(1940) is unknown and there is no "Mail Order" pattern option in the drop down list. I do have the original mailing envelope which I photographed as well. What do I do?
